These terms govern your use of Ernest Toho and Justified Connect services, products, sessions, and community spaces.
Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Services, purchasing a product, or booking a session, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ernesttoho.com, justifiedconnect.com, and justifiedconnect.com/forum, together referred to as the "Services", operated by Ernest Toho and Justified Connect Singles World ("we", "us", or "our").
By using any of these Services, purchasing any product, or booking any session, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use any of our Services, purchase our products, or participate in our community. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We provide dating coaching, singles relationship counselling, matchmaking services, educational content, and community spaces. These services are educational, coaching, and relationship guidance in nature.
Our services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal advice. If anything discussed in a session, our published content, or our intake forms relates to a matter requiring clinical treatment, including mental health conditions, substance dependency, or abuse, we will encourage you to seek the appropriate licensed professional alongside, not instead of, our work together.
Products and subscriptions offered through our Services, including The Dating Reset, Counselling sessions, Dating Coaching tiers, and the Justified Connect Singles Matchmaking Service, are processed through third-party payment providers, including Selar, Gumroad, Stripe, and our matchmaking platform's billing system. We do not directly store your full payment card details.
Digital products, including The Dating Reset ebook, are delivered instantly upon purchase and are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
Subscription services, including Dating Coaching Membership, Private Dating Coach, and Matchmaking Service tiers, may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. It does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.
Speaking engagements and consultancy work are quoted and agreed individually. Payment terms for these engagements will be set out separately in writing at the time of booking.
If you participate in any community space we operate, including Inner Circle, Inner Circle Plus, EFOTEES, or the Justified Connect Singles Discussion Forum, the following applies without exception:
The Dating Reset, all associated teachings and terminology, including "OWN IT", "The Filter First Protocol", "The Dating Reset", "Justified Connect", and "EFOTEES", and all original content published across our Services are the intellectual property of Ernest Toho and Justified Connect Singles World.
You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute this content without our written permission.
If you post, comment, or message within the Justified Connect Singles Discussion Forum, you remain responsible for what you share and grant us permission to display it within the forum itself.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates this Code of Conduct or applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ernest Toho and Justified Connect Singles World are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including outcomes of any personal relationship, match, or decision made following our coaching, counselling, or matchmaking services.
Our services provide guidance. Final decisions and their outcomes remain your own responsibility, consistent with the OWN IT principle central to our teaching.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles, given that our operations are based there.
